HairGen test
Thanks to modern genetic testing, when planning effective therapy, we can take into account both a genetically conditioned predisposition to baldness and the organism’s sensitivity to environmental factors that may contribute to baldness. On this basis, the optimal therapeutic treatment can be indicated. We use a specially developed HairGen test panel, designed for the genetic analysis of patients affected by hair loss.
Genetic testing
Genetic material is collected from the mouth using a sterile spatula. The procedure is quick and painless, requiring no prior preparation.
We cooperate with the genetics research center Laboratoires Reunis based in Germany and Luxembourg, to which the collected genetic material is sent. The results are obtained by the attending physician within 3–6 weeks, who analyzes them and then consults with the patient.
